Inquiry-Survey Form to get information on "RIPs for any and all wide format printing needs"

Sooner or later you will need a RIP. Even an Epson printer will eventually need a RIP. Same for Encad NovaJet, HP DesignJet, ColorSpan, Mutoh, Mimaki, and all other printers.

Even if your printer comes with a RIP (such as Roland, HP with its "ps" or other printers such as Epson which claim they don't need a RIP), real-life experience documents that you may find the Roland RIP which comes with the printer inadequate; most people who buy the "ps" version of HP printers usually come to realize they too need a real full-featured RIP from another company.

Surprise, no one warned you about the differences between "lite" RIPs and true full-featured RIPs. If you got stuck with paying for a lite RIP, now you have to buy a full-featured one too! So before you make another mistaken purchase, why not benefit from six years experience of Nicholas Hellmuth, who has faced countless RIPs. Hellmuth currently has about nine RIPs in-house, so unless you wish to buy all nine yourself, why not get a FLAAR Report and spare yourself a few headaches.

RIP abstracts is a new report by Dr Hellmuth and the university staff. Since the university staff spent all summer testing, reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on various RIPs for wide format printers, we need to recover the costs of all this research. But we figured that some people would prefer to see abstracts at no cost before they buy the whole series.

In order for our university to send you helpful tips, evaluations, and comparative reviews on large format printers, please assist the process by filling out the form below. The more you tell us about the needs you have, the easier it's for us to pinpoint which reviews are ideal for your situation.

YOU CAN ALSO SELECT A SPECIFIC REQUEST FORM, DEPENDING ON THE INFORMATION YOU ARE MOST INTERESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT.
