there was http://www.maya-art-books.org.
a web site focused on books about Maya art and archaeology, provided
by the Foundation for Latin American Anthropological Research (FLAAR).
As the amount of information increased, and Dr. Hellmuth moved into
Digital Photography,
we made several new sites, including one for Museums
of Maya artifacts in Guatemala and Honduras.
To
avoid repeating information, some links are within other sites.
You can always use the back button on your browser to retrace your
steps if you get lost, or confused about which of the now ten FLAAR
sites you are in. Each of the four home pages has links to all the
other sites as well. We are currently working on ways to make this
and the other sites easy to use and navigate. Thank you in advance
for your patience.
