Portable
Flash
You
get better lighting if your flash is a few feet away from your camera
and at a slightly different angle.
I
started out with Metz and worked my way up to their model 64 CT
4, indeed I now have five. Why five? It takes that many to illuminate
an entire Maya temple or palace.
Metz
units can be fired simultaneously by their internal electronic control
units. Each unit can power up to three; the overall system can handle
up to seven flash heads simultaneously.
In
the last years a comparable Metz system has come out that does the
same in a cordless manner.
Metz
equipment is built to last in the Germanic tradition. Many models
can be obtained, from the common basic units all the way up to powerMetz
can be obtained from any photo store.
